In healthcare, job satisfaction challenges can have an impact on organizational success and employee retention. The specific factors that predict job satisfaction for HIIM professionals have not previously been investigated. Differences in workforce satisfaction by geography, job category, demographics, and workplace characteristics can help to provide recommendations and insights into how to improve job satisfaction. These variables can be modeled with RStudio to determine the best predictors of job satisfaction. This poster displays the step-by-step process of creating the perfect model and its results.
