Respecting Tribal Sovereignty within Public Health

When promoting public health in Tribal communities, it is vital for public health departments to respect and understand Tribal sovereignty. This presentation will provide a high-level overview of how the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has implemented Tribal sovereignty-affirming practices that are culturally adaptive to successfully work with Tribal governments in Colorado.
