In the pursuit of health equity, establishing robust frameworks is essential to understanding, addressing, and dismantling the systemic barriers that contribute to health disparities. This session will explore a range of frameworks designed to advance health equity across diverse settings, from community-based initiatives to healthcare systems. Participants will be introduced to theoretical and practical approaches, such as the Social Determinants of Health framework, the Health Equity Impact Assessment, and the Intersectional Framework, among others.
