Information

Embedding a low-cost, high-yield innovation accelerator into a shared governance council unleashes collaborative frontline problem solving. Using quantum leadership principles, the meeting’s final 30 minutes are dedicated to an open ideation session that promotes a culture of safety and ongoing scholastic inquiry. Human-centered design aligns several healthcare innovation theories with Watson’s quantum caring leadership theory to diversify participation, flatten natural hierarchies, dismantle silos, and shorten concept-to-pilot decision making. Early results show increased interprofessional team formation, project initiation, and the emergence of a structural, collective intelligence multiplier that provides system-wide impact.
