This research proposes the Decentralized Healthcare Convergence Model (DHCM), a comprehensive framework integrating four foundational pillars: trustworthy infrastructure (blockchain), intelligent automation (AI), quantum acceleration (quantum computing), and economic decentralization (tokenization). The framework demonstrates how technological convergence enables unprecedented levels of transparency, security, and patient control while addressing persistent healthcare challenges including data silos, privacy concerns, and inequitable access to care. Through systematic analysis, we examine real-world implementations across clinical trials, supply chain management, patient data ecosystems, and decentralized research.
