The Indian Health Service is undergoing a groundbreaking change to launch its digital health transformation and electronic health record modernization initiatives.  

As Chief Information Officer for the Indian Health Service, Mitch Thornbrugh, leads the organization's modernization initiative intent on improving access to high quality care at all IHS facilities. During his speech, Mr. Thornbrugh will describe his vision for meeting the high expectations the agency has set for care delivery and quality outcomes.
