Information
A large healthcare organization launched a targeted initiative to enhance clinician efficiency and the mobile user experience by streamlining the use of mobile devices. The effort focused on addressing challenges related to device accountability, login inefficiencies and limited asset visibility. As a result, the organization achieved a substantial reduction in the manual steps required for application access and improved the rates at which devices were returned. This session will present outcomes from a mobile enhancement pilot, highlighting measurable improvements in productivity, end-user satisfaction and device availability.
