Unlocking Artificial Intelligence Access for Underrepresented Voices in Health Innovation
Information
As the Super AI Era reshapes healthcare, ensuring that underrepresented communities have access to AI education is critical—not just for equity, but for innovation itself. This session brings together national thought leaders from healthcare systems, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), community colleges, and nonprofit organizations to explore how we unlock AI access for individuals historically excluded from tech-driven industrial revolutions. Speakers will share emerging strategies from a community college system, a rural HBCU, and an inner-city health system—each working to build innovative-forward talent pipelines rooted in community needs. The session will highlight the urgent need to close educational access gaps and engage innovation that expands opportunity through tech-driven learning pathways. Attendees will leave with actionable insights on how to co-create AI workforce development systems that empower underserved individuals to become architects of the future—not just recipients of it.
