Artificial Intelligence in Action: Clinical Process Maps Get Modern

Clinical Process Maps (CPMs) are critical for care standardization but are costly, slow to create and challenging to integrate into real-world workflows. This session outlines how an organization used artificial intelligence (AI) to automate CPM creation, standardize care delivery, and scale decision support integration in one of the largest health systems in the U.S. to create medical expense savings.
