In this session, speakers will share their collaborative journey launching and scaling a system-wide Virtual Nursing program. Attendees will gain insight into the clinical and operational challenges faced when rolling out connected care across multiple facilities, and how aligning bedside needs with IT strategy enabled rapid and sustainable adoption. The speakers will cover lessons learned from early pilots in Virtual Observation, the evolution of Virtual Admission and Discharge workflows, and the value of consistent Virtual Nursing staffing through a centralized hub.
