Indian Health Service

The Indian Health Service (IHS) provides federal health services to American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) people. Within the IHS, the Health IT Modernization Program's vision is to deliver and sustain an enterprise health information technology system built together with tribal and urban partners that enables clinicians to consistently and easily provide high-quality care across Indian Country with integrated data on a modern platform. The Program is working with tribal and urban partners to build our new enterprise electronic health record (EHR) solution, PATH EHR.
