Owned and operated by Firefighter Paramedics, Holliday Medical created a software called ORION that delivers real time, end to end visibility from the field to the hospital. The platform combines AI driven triage, AI assisted ePCR documentation, QR coded patient tracking, and family reunification. When EMS selects en route, Orion immediately sends hospitals an Early Activation Triage Report with demographics, vitals, injuries, 12 leads, and protocols followed. This gives the emergency department a clear picture before patients arrive. Hospitals gain faster throughput, better surge readiness, reduced documentation delays, and more coordinated care during MCIs and everyday EMS traffic.
