All Hotel Shuttles will depart from Level 1 | Lower lobby outside glass entry doors.

The last shuttle from the hotels to the convention center departs 1 hour prior to end time each day. Shuttle Schedule may vary due to traffic & weather conditions. For shuttle questions or to preschedule ADA Pickup, call 877-865-3437 during convention shuttle hours. Please refer to the shuttle schedule in this app or on the signage at your hotel.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Due to unexpected construction at The Venetian, we’ve unfortunately had to cancel the airport shuttle service this year. For airport transportation, Uber, taxi and other transportation shuttle services are available.

Please refer to the Venetian’s Transportation FAQs for information on travelling to the airport.

OPENING RECEPTION SHUTTLES

Monday, March 9th | 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM, every 15 minutes.

From the Venetian, buses will depart directly to Caesars Forum from the Level 1 | Galileo Transportation Doors.

Starting at 5:30PM, shuttle Routes 1-4 will pick up at both Venetian and Caesars Forum before heading back to the hotels. All routes will depart Caesars Forum from the parking lot adjacent to Forum Event Plaza.
