Health Espresso's regional digital eco-system connects Home Care to Community Service Providers to Primary Care Physicians in a Patient Centred "One Patient, One Record, One Care Plan" approach to care. Products include 1. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) 2. Collaborative Health Record (CHR). 3. Home Care Scheduling system. 4. Patient Engagement Tool. All solutions include an Embedded Secure Messaging, Secure Video and a Wound Care tool. Products can be acquired in an integrated cluster or as separate stand-alone units. Health Espresso is HIPPAA and PHIPA compliant, uses HL7/FHIR standards for Interoperability, Secure and Private.
