RebrAIn is a neuromodulation service for neurosurgeons, helping physicians target patients with severe Parkinson’s and Essential Tremor who require therapies like Deep Brain Stimulation, Radiosurgery or High Intensity Focused Ultrasound.
RebrAIn's unique value proposition is its collection of clinical pre/post-operative cases with gold-standard results. Its algorithms were subsequently trained with multimodal imaging and clinical data, enabling it to correlate the exact clinical target for optimal patients. Our service is hosted on the cloud, enabling global access to the latest version. We have US SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR servers in both the USA and Europe. We have targeted over 600 patients worldwide, with routine use in Bordeaux, 4 commercial contracts in Europe/India, and trials at several prestigious US universities.
RebrAIn inputs only require a simple T1 1.5T or 3T MRI sequence to define the treatment target. It has been clinically validated with 3 steps: an internal step, an external step using available atlases, and a final step with prospective clinical trials. Our phase 2 trial is complete and under publication, while our phase 3 randomized, blinded, multi-center study has included all patients and is awaiting the last 12-month follow-up.
We are 18 employees, including 1 in the USA, and are CE & FDA cleared. Our business model is a SaaS subscription with multi-user access to all our services. We aim to improve care for movement disorders, treating severe cases not just in specialized centers (currently treating 60k/year) but expanding to over 1M/year globally. Our digital twin for Parkinson’s and Essential Tremor could also be applied to other neurological conditions, including Epilepsy, severe depression, and addiction, once research defines suitable protocols.
