This Executive Summit session is part of the Executive Pass option and qualification is required.

Projects drive transformation. But, for far too long, organizations have determined project success based solely on the triple constraints of cost, scope, and time. During this session, Hal Wolf, President and CEO of HIMSS, will interview Pierre Le Manh, President and CEO of Project Management Institute (PMI), to discuss the work that PMI has done to reframe the meaning of project success in terms of the stakeholder value, both tangible and perceived, that the project provides. They will discuss PMI’s groundbreaking research on the topic and explore some of the key elements that can help increase the likelihood of project success.
